The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the issues with your vehicle and advise on anything that may need to be taken care of that they happened to notice. On an occasion or two a mistake is made (and I understand those things happen), but they take immediate care of it and make things right. My Jeep had been to a few places before I started taking it to Anderson and this shop is the only place that I feel like I can trust and know they do excellent work. 🙂
