Very pleased with the service provided by Anderson Automotive. I have now found my new go-to auto repair specialists. They were quick to allow me to bring my vehicle in for service. Additionally they listened to my explanation of my vehicles issues. The Anderson staff were very professional and great to work with. The prices were very reasonable and the service was second to none! They offered exceptional customer care and even offered tips and tricks to prevent future problems as well as continued maintenance.

Great job on the oil change they also checked my tires to see if they are good for the winter since I just bought the car.

They will be my go to place for any automotive questions or problems that arise and I feel like I will get a truthful, honest answer. Great experience.

Great people, extremely knowledgeable, quick, friendly and very service-oriented. Explained not only WHAT needed to be done, but WHY it needed to be done, specifically to MY vehicle. My ONLY complaint is that they do seem expensive, but I guess you do get what you pay for.

Everything was fine except when Patrick hooked up the trailer for us when we left he did not check to make sure the tongue was secure on the ball hitch. Because there is a little flap that the lever above the hitch on the trailer that controls that flap and locks the tongue of the trailer to the ball hitch so it cannot raise up and fall off the ball hitch. Which leaving the shop and hitting a bump as we went under the 151st St. bridge the trailer became disconnected from the ball hitch on the van. Luckily nothing was hurt because the safety chains did their job and my helper Shane was able to pick up the front of the trailer and reattach it correctly so that we can continue home and make sure the lights still work since it pulled their connection apart from the bumper. Yes luckily they still work just fine, so everything turned out okay it was just a little scary for a few minutes as to what had happened and why. I am very happy with the overall job.

My car was finished quickly, and they were able to reduce the price by using a remanufactured part. Great Customer Service.

Messy old car that Anderson fixed up for us. Replaced window, found and repaired the radiator leak, and found the source of the inoperative window wipers. Thank you! We will be back.
