Excellent customer service. Very friendly, patient, and personable. I provided my concerns, and they physically showed me the findings that needed immediate repairs, and was honest about what could wait. As I was aware of the time it could take for my repair, I chose to wait from 9am to 2:30pm while the repairs were being done, and was able to watch their interaction with other customers. They(Patrick and Bill) listened closely to EVERYONE that came in needing assistance. I also listened to some of the mechanics. If they were concerned about an issue with one of the vehicles, they took it to management to confirm. The mechanics are also very friendly.

This is my first experience with Anderson Automotive. I rate them very high based on my first experience; my auto is a Passat 2000. They are efficient, very cordial, direct, honest, great fast feedback on status, present detailed repair plan prior to any work. Final cost for my repair work was lower than their estimate. This is a first class repair shop. Recommended.

Thank you for your continued great service on my wife’s Volvo. Your latest diagnosis of an engine noise problem was spot on. Your technician suggested I take the vehicle to the Volvo dealership since the issue should be covered under a recall notice. Volvo repaired the issue at no charge. Thank you for your integrity.
