This was the first time I used Anderson Automotive. They were my second stop to figure out what the problem was for my Durango. The first stop was a shop that had been servicing my vehicles for the last 10 years. AA diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a way that I could understand it. They then let me know my options. I decided to forego the repair and they charged me a fair amount for their time.

Honest, quick, knowledgable response to all my questions. Asked for approval for any unexpected changes to originaly quoted services before performing actions. Delivered in timely fashion as requested. Thank you.

In looking for a local shop to change my oil today, I googled and found this site with reviews of Anderson Automotive. I called, spoke to Bill and set-up my appointment. Both the call and later visit were pleasant with no pressure, a nice waiting area, and a quick turn-around.Keep up the good work.
