I recently chose Anderson to do the 90,000 service on my Infiniti rather than the Infiniti dealership because the cost was much lower at Anderson. In addition, Anderson correctly diagnosed a problem with my air conditioning that the dealership did not diagnose the first time.

Excellent work and courtesy. When I was surprised with some costly work, they’re up-front about what’s urgent and what can wait. They even worked with the pricing to lessen the impact. They’ve earned my trust.

There are just too many places where customer service simply doesn’t exist anymore. You won’t have that experience with Anderson. They stand behind their work, they are professional and they actually do care. I am positive that if you give them a try, you will be coming back to them as much as we do.

Very organized and clean business. The turnaround time on vehicle repairs is very quick; you’re not going to have your car sitting in the shop indefinitely waiting on something. They are very good about keeping you informed on repairs and timeframes. Great rewards program too!
