I was having a sound on my back tires and when rotated found out work would be needed. I was given a ride back to my home while the work was done and finished in one day. Very friendly and efficient service.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I’ve found my mechanic for life. They are very trust worthy and upfront. They are not like EVERY shop that nickel and dime you, they were there when I needed a mechanic the most. I even drove 45 minutes to see them. I’m very content with the service I received!

We drive 20 minutes from Shawnee just for the great customer service. I had taken my car years ago to a place for service and they advised that I needed new tires right away. I found Anderson Automotive and they were honest with me. Bill told me that I still had about 10k miles left on tires and they were safe to drive. They won me that day. I never feel pressure or sold to in order to have something done with my car unless it has to be done. They are very honest people. The front staff are always a pleasure to speak with and I appreciate it. I will continue to drive for great service and trust.
