Excellent service! Robert kept me informed during the process (engine replacement) and was responsive to any questions that I had. The one issue that arose after the vehicle was returned to me was promptly addressed.

Always fast service and the guys really take an interest in our vehicle and in us. It is so great to find an auto repair business that is open until 7 p.m. and open on Saturday. Most of the other shops are closed up tight at 5 p.m. and gone fishing on Saturday.

Had a low beam headlamp bulb go out in another state . I had 2 people try there and replace it for me but to no avail . The bulb seemed to be stuck . I even tried working on it for a while but still was stuck. I called Anderson and Robert said bring it by and i can look at it. I go inside and they asked if i could leave it there as they were swamped , but Robert immediately said he would go out there and look at it . Not thinking he would be able to get it , i was expecting to wait a while or go elsewhere. BUT , ROBERT HAD IT OUT AND CHANGED IN 5 MINUTES. EXCELLENT SERVICE ROBERT AND THANK YOU FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

First time customer, needed an alternator, problem was diagnosed and I was on my way in a couple of hours. Was able to use the first time customer coupon.

I needed to have my battery checked. They did it on the spot and sure enough I needed a new one. They installed the battery I needed withing 20 minutes and I was on my way. Very friendly and fast.

First time using them but will definitely go back in the future. Fast, Friendly, and Convenient.

Did good work and was done when I was ready to pick it up.
