Coworkers and friends suggested Anderson, and I wasn’t disappointed. Needed a timing belt replacement and oil change, Anderson suggested tune-ups based on 100K mile check list but didn’t pressure me to spend more money. A confirmation call or email while the car was being worked on would have put them at 5 stars for me, but no real complaints. Fair price and solid work won me over. Next time the 4runner needs maintenance, I’ll be back at Anderson.

I set up an appointment at a specific time. They serviced my car at that time, the job was done correctly (as much as I could tell), and the price was what was expected. They provided me with great information for future, and seemed to really want the best for me and my vehicle.

Anderson was able to get us in on short notice with our bus, diagnose the problem and get the vehicle running again. They did everything well and made follow up calls to make sure it was fixed. They are now on our list if we have breakdowns near KC.
