I really enjoy the fact that this is a family owned and operated business. I met John at Crossfit when I was training with my friend James and realized that Anderson was just down the street from my house. My first experience was superb when my husbands BMW tire needed quickly swapped out with a new one we purchased online. Not only did Patrick do it in a quick manner but at no charge. My second experience was wonderful. I went in because I was going out of town and I had tried at two different gas stations to air up my tires and both the machines were broken. The guys at Anderson quickly aired them up with no questions and no charge. I liked that they were happy to help even with out knowing me as a customer. My third experience was yesterday when I came in with Cadillac Escalade for an oil change. I used the mailer coupon and was expecting to have to pay additional hidden fees like most other places I have had my car serviced at. Nope, I was in and out in no time with a very nice and personal staff! Thank you Anderson Automotive! I will definitely be back and will recommend my friends!

So pleased with the service we received. They did a great job and the price actually came in lower than the estimate.

OIL SERVICE

This was our first time at Andersen Automotive. I was very pleased with their service. They notified me of a few problems with my car, besides what I had brought it in for. They did not push me into having it fixed right away. I will be using them again for service and repair on my car. I like getting their coupons in the mail. I love that they are located just a few minutes from my house too!

We have used Anderson Automotive several times and they are honest, straight forth, and professional. I appreciate the quality of service and plan to return in the future.

Nice clean facility

i needed my a/c checked out. requested an appointment on sunday for a monday appointment. got e-mail monday morning confirming my request. a/c checked and repair in and out in 1 1/2 hours. fast good service. i would recomend them to a friend

Excellent location/facility. Great people (curteous, friendly, appeared knowledgeable). Cost is definately high for services rendered relative to other quality shops.
