Very quick. My vehicle performs like it did when new.

Very personable and a minimal wait! I was in/out within an hour.

My first experience with this service center. They were prompt, courteous and had me in and out on a wait basis as quickly as I could reasonably expect. It is a clean and pleasant facility and their pricing on this occasion seemed very fair.

We take all of our vehicles to Anderson and when purchasing a newer vehicle, there was no difference. Anderson always does quality work and we trust them to look over our vehicles.

I had been having issues with my A/C not cooling well during city driving but not bad at highway speeds. Searching the internet finding this appeared to be a common issue with the FreeStyle and found a recommended fix. John, Bill and others at Anderson Automotive was willing to work on the problem even though it was a little out of the norm. They repaired the problem and it’s blowing COLD air again!

The explanation of car issues were easy to understand. Feel like the vehicle was thoroughly inspected. Only one small request. I didn’t hear back at until the end of the first day to say a part wasn’t received in time to complete the repairs. A call earlier in the afternoon would have been appreciated.

We are glad to find a family owned facility for our automotive repair needs. Our first experience was wonderful. Repair completed sooner than expected.

Anderson made good on some previous work and installed parts. It was all that I expected and I am more than happy with their work and customer service.
