I am not rating the quality of the work… I’m rating their integrity and their straightforward approach to doing business. I called to ask about repairs to my catalytic converter. They said that the repair was definitely in their wheelhouse, and that they’d love my business. They went on to explain that they only did this type of repair using OEM or similar parts and that they didn’t do the cut and weld type repair that some other shops would offer. I explained my situation regarding the remaining expected life & use of my vehicle and because I wasn’t planning to do major repairs to extend the long term life of my vehicle, Anderson recommended a different solution and referred me to someone they trust who could repair my vehicle using cut and weld techniques. I took their referral and am very pleased with the work. It’s just what I needed. Next time I need help, I’ll call Anderson again… and if it’s something they can do, I’d be happy to give them my business.

Quite a pleasant experience! I called on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get in quickly for an oil change. Quite impressed how clean and enjoyable the waiting area and bays are. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Service was excellent due to explanation why brake work was needed. Showing the worn brake shoe also was professional and removed the usual thought “am I being ripped off with false service needs”.
