I was appreciative of Bill allowing the mechanic to change my oil and filter using my own products. I am also thankful for the additional free inspection and the information about my needing new brakes (which I had planned to do in June, anyway.) I did not feel as though I was being manipulated into buying any additional unnecessary service or products. I was also very impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the waiting area and that the shop work area was clean; it looked like a dealership garage!

Very professional, prompt, and their prices are competitive. My 2000 Mustang went in for a clutch kit replacement and the service, including taking care of a small leak, and resurfacing the flywheel took less than 24 hours. Now it feels like I am driving a new car.
