Love Anderson Automotive! They are always super friendly and ready to help with any problem, large or small. I know I can always trust them when I take in our cars and know I’m getting a good deal. No matter what the issue, they have been able to repair my vehicles in a reasonable amount of time. They keep me posted on their progress and findings. Their estimates have always been lower than other auto shops, and often higher than what I wind up paying with them. They have given me consistently great service! I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled in this case. Anderson Auto recently replaced the rear rotors and brake pads on my BMW. However, because these were stiffer, better quality rotors, the rotor hats were stained with brake dust. Although it was no fault of theirs, they went above and beyond by painting the rotor hats with high heat resistant paint free of charge. They just earned a BMW customer for life. They look great! I called Anderson Automotive about repairing the A/C in one of our vehicles a couple months ago. After the inspection they said it needed a new A/C blower motor and resistor. The quote given to me was for around $370.00 for parts and labor. I was told these parts were not available at any automotive store either, so I would have to go through them or a dealership. Rather than allow them to do the work, I got online and found both parts at Auto Zone for about $100.00 total. I picked up my car and did the work myself and found only the resistor needed replacement and not the blower motor. The total repair cost me $32.00 and 15 minutes of my evening after work. In my mind they were out to make a few extra bucks rather than being honest about the repair. I hope they don’t treat every customer this way. I would not recommend Anderson Automotive based on dishonesty regarding the repair, the cost for parts and labor, and the availability of parts.
